SHINE RETREATS was founded by a primary school teacher who aims to teach young girls about all the important topics she wishes she had time for in the classroom like self-confidence, mindfulness, empowerment, building quality friendships and creating a positive mindset.

Activities may include yoga, dance, meditation, journal writing, sport games, team building activities, self-care discussions, anti-bullying workshops, social media awareness, flower crown making, mixed martial arts workshops, drum and percussion workshops, art and SO much much more! A day where she will learn strategies that will benefit her throughout her entire teen years!
